What is your delivery area and how much is delivery?

We deliver to most areas although this is dependant on the size of the order. Every order and venue address will be looked at on an individual basis, so if delivery costing is needed we will be sure to let you know before you commit to the reservation. Please contact us to discuss.

Is there a minimum spend on each order?

There is no minimum spend with us, although each order will be treated on an individual basis.

Can we collect a couple of days before the event?

This all depends on whether the items are available of if they are currently being used at another event. We try to block the items off on a 48hr basis, but during busy periods, such as may-sept, this may not always be possible. The only way to guarantee this would be to pay an additional hire charge. Please contact us to discuss this further.

Am I able to purchase any of the products direct from you as gifts for families and friends, or as a keepsake?

Yes indeed…. We have had a lot of brides and grooms purchase some of the crockery or glasses they used to give as gifts or just to keep as a keepsake memory. For an additional fee, most of our products are able to be monogramed or etched with names and dates.

Am I able to make bespoke changes to your packages?

Yes, we aim to try to cater for any changes you may need to make, whether it be colours or additional items, please contact us for further info or stop by our showroom, appointment only, to have a browse.
